In 4 years in the industry and in my entire life I have never had a worse experience than the one provided by Proactive Customer Service. Not only I had to call them 4 times to cancel my account that kept drawing money from my credit card, I also had to send the product back and wait for 2 months of processing to get my refund. But at the end of the 2nd month it appeared that my package has never been processed and nobody knows where it is. Now I have to sign and affidavit confirming that I shipped the product back and then (maybe) I will get my money back. It means another couple of months of waiting that will take me to 6 months of hunting down my $40. I assume many people in my place would have given up and maybe this is the company’s secret hope? Just give up and we will keep $40 of each desperate customer increasing our sales with no products sold? When I think about it like that, the word “fraud” immediately comes to my mind… If Proactive is willing to clear their name and explain the situation and measures they can take to improve their customer service, they are welcome to reach out to me and sit down for an interview. Until then, I strongly recommend NOT to buy any Proactive products. Trust me: the market is full of competitors that might not only provide you with a better experience but with a better price.
